Commitment: Serving as part of our team one a week during teh school term (10 weeks)
Requirements: Be a member of All Saints Hataitai

Sunday Teams

Welcome Team

We want to welcome people as they arrive into All Saints and crate a space where they feel welcomed and valued. As part of this team, your role is to be positioned at the entry points of All Saints. This team is about greeting people and welcoming them in, especially new comers. Letting them know where things are such as coffee, gathering spaces, how things work in the room and introducing them to others so they feel connected from the moment they walk in.
When: Sundays, 9am and 10:30 am service. It's always great if you can stick around at the end of the service to chat with newcomers and those who are on their own.

Hospitality Team

Hospitality is key here at All Saints. There are several opportunities for providing hospitality, whether serving tea, pumping coffee from machine, offering morning tea and creating an environment for others to spend time together and meet new people. Some key roles are setting up morning tea spaces, clearing up from morning tea and looking out for people who are on their own.
When: Sunday morning 9am and 10:30 am teams - arriving 30mins before each gathering to help set up.

Audio Visual Team

The visuals team is a key part of the worship team, overseeing all the visuals on the screens which enable people to worship and engage with God. As this team requires specific skills, which can be taught so don't be afraid. We would love to hear from you.
When: Sunday mornings 9am and 10:30 am Gatherings.

Musical Worship Team

We are passionate at All Saints about the way we sing and worship together. This team is about leading our parish in musical worship on Sunday mornings, singing, guitar, Keyboard, drums, and other forms of musical instruments.
There is room for all ability levels, Feel free to reach out by signing up.

Reading Team

This team centers itself around delivering the oral reading of the scriptures at our central gatherings, both for our 9am and 10:30am gatherings. We often have two readings that require reading aloud to the congregation.
